We greatly appreciate your trust in us. Our clients choose our products because they know we are committed to deliver our client’s orders quickly and efficiently. 

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping our products.

  1. Shipping cost is calculated purely based on delivery location.
  2. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments at the time of receiving the courier. 
  3. Please note for custom/bulk orders, shipping timelines vary based on the specifications.
  4. In case of any concern with the products delivered in your order, please raise the concern within 3 days, the compliance will be applied as per the Return and Replacement Policy. 

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipping is free for orders with bill amount INR 2000 or more/-
  2. As all our all products are handmade, please allow us 8 to 10 business days to create and dispatch them.
  3. We request our clients to be patient in case of any unusual delays during holiday and peak seasons. 
  4. While placing the order ensure to provide full address with correct pin code and landmark.
  5. Please ensure to be available at the delivery address shared to receive the order.

 

For Gifting purpose

If the products have to be gift wrapped, please add for gifting purpose and we shall pack the product accordingly with a greeting. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

It is unlikely, at some circumstances the shipment is lost, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as a lifetime valid gift coupon to redeem the amount as per the bill.

Incorrect Shipping Information/ Door locked.

  1. In case of non-availability of the customer at the specified delivery address, the parcel will be held at the nearest delivery hub.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customers to contact the nearest hub and collect the parcel or get them delivered. 
  3. In case if no one has contacted the delivery service, the package will be sent back to Craftlogically Me address. 
  4. Such orders will be shipped again to the correct address but the customer shall bear the shipping cost.
